Choose the access level of the operator that you are going to add. Press the button corresponding to one of the following choices. Press OK (5) to continue.

MasterNote: Only a Master Operator can add or delete other Master Operators as well as all Standard Operators.
The "Enter New Name" alphanumeric keypad will appear.

(17) LETTER CASE CHANGE buttonNote: The name cannot be longer that eleven (11) characters.
Enter a new operator’s name by typing in the name with the alphanumeric keypad. The LETTER CASE CHANGE button (17) is used to toggle between capital letters and lower case letters.
Correct a mistyped letter by pressing the Keypad BACK button (13), then reenter the correct letter.
Press the OK button (5) to set the name.

Enter the pass code by pressing the intended number buttons on the numerical keypad. The numeric pass code cannot exceed seven (7) digits, including leading zeroes.
Correct a mistyped number by pressing the Keypad BACK button (13), then reenter the correct number.
Press the OK button (5) to enter the number.
