Torque to 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
5 6 291-5204 Locknut Use the following procedure to tighten the locknuts:
1. Tighten the locknuts to 23 3 N m (204 27 lb in) in crisscross pattern in the order as shown in Illustration 2.
2. Tighten the locknuts to 28 3 N m (248 27 lb in) in crisscross pattern in the order as shown in Illustration 2.
3. Re- tighten the locknuts to 28 3 N m (248 27 lb in) in crisscross pattern in the order as shown in Illustration 2.
6 1 295-3099 Spark Plug Torque to 57.4 4.0 N m (42.3 2.9 lb ft).

2. Torque to 5.5 N m (48.7 lb in) for torque-turn method.
3. Torque to 7.3 1.0 N m (64.6 8.9 lb in) for torque method.
