Lower the temperature of bearings (31) and (32). Use Tooling (E) in order to install bearings (31) and (32) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to boom (28). The weight of boom (28) is approximately 455 kg (1000 lb). Install boom (28). Install pin (30) and bolt (29). Repeat for the other side.

Connect harness assembly (23). Install cable strap (24).

Connect hose assemblies (22). There are a total of nine hoses that need to be connected.

Remove pin (8) .Note: Pin (8) was used in the installation of the boom.
Attach a suitable lifting device to boom cylinder (20). The weight of boom cylinder (20) is approximately 115 kg (255 lb). Install boom cylinder (20). Install pin (21). Install pin (8) into one side of boom cylinder (20) .Note: Pin (8) will be fully installed when the stick cylinder is installed.

Install right hook (19) and pin (17). Install bolt (18). Tighten nut (16). Install clamp (15).

Position left hook (13). Install pin (14).

Connect hose assemblies (11) and (12). Connect clamp (10). Connect harness assembly (9).

Attach a suitable lifting device to stick cylinder (5). The weight of stick cylinder (5) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install pin (8) through the head end of stick cylinder (5). Install shims (6). Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (6) .
