The signal pressure limiting valve is set too low.
There is a leak in the final resolver in the inlet manifold.
The priority spool is stuck.
The standby pressure is set too low.
The pump oil pressure is low.
The steering control unit covers are too tight.

The steering cylinder has failed.
There are mechanical problems in the axle.
