Remove Tooling (A) from the transmission.

Install exhaust backpressure valve (29) to the turbocharger, with clamps (28). Attach exhaust pipe (30) with clamps (28) .

Connect ground cable (27). Connect harness assemblies (25) to the electric starting motor. Connect clip (26) to bracket (24) .

Connect harness assemblies (23) to the alternator.

Position air conditioner compressor (22) on the engine and install bolts (21) .

Install fan and hub assembly (20). Install nuts (19) .

Install fan shroud (18). Install fan guard (17). Install hose (16) .

Install tube (15). Install hoses (13) and (14) .
Install tube (12). Install coolant tank (11) .

Install air filter assembly (10). Install bolts (8). Tighten clamp (11). Connect harness assembly (9). Install fuel filter assembly (7).

Install plate assembly (5). Install bolts (4). Note: Do not remove bolts (6).

Position floor mat (3). Position plate (2) and install the bolts. Repeat on the opposite side of the cab.

Turn battery disconnect switch (1) to the ON position.
Fill the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct filling procedure.
Fill the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change" for the correct filling procedure.End By:
Install fan belt.
Install hood assembly.
Install side panels.
