Disconnect harness assembly (1) and harness assembly (3).
Remove air inlet pressure sensor (2) and air inlet temperature sensor (4).

Loosen clamps (6) and remove hose (5).

Remove bolts (7), turbocharger adapter (8), and the gaskets.

Remove band clamp (9), air inlet elbow (10), and the O-ring seal.

Remove elbow (11), adapter (13), and plugs (12).
Repeat Steps 1 thru 6 for opposite side. Installation Procedure
Install air inlet elbow (10) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seal inside air inlet elbow (10).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of band clamp (9). Tighten band clamp (9) to a torque of 60 5 N m (44 4 lb ft).
Install clamps (6) in tandem to go around hose (5). Tighten clamps (6) to a torque of 10 N m (89 lb in).
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of adapter (13). Tighten air inlet temperature sensor (4) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
Tighten air inlet pressure sensor (1) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
