Information:

Open the engine access cover. 1. With the engine stopped, the oil level should be between the ADD and FULL marks on the dipstick. 2. Remove the oil filler plug, if necessary, to add oil.3. Clean, inspect and install the fill plug.Transmission Oil
Check the Oil Level
1. Start the engine and allow the oil to warm to operating temperature. 2. Raise the operator's platform or cab. See "Operator's Platform or Cab Tilting" in the "When Required" section if necessary. 3. Maintain the oil between the marks on the dipstick at LOW IDLE.4. Add oil through the dipstick tube if necessary.Hydraulic Tank Oil
Check the Oil Level
1. Raise the operator's platform or cab. See "Operator's Platform or Cab Tilting" in the "When Required" section if necessary. 2. Maintain the oil level 60 to 70 mm (2.5 to 2.75 in) above the gauge line on the dipstick. 3. Remove the hydraulic oil fill cap and add oil if necessary.4. Look at the Coolant Level
Open the engine access cover. 1. Before the engine has warmed up remove the radiator cap.2. Observe the coolant level in the radiator. Maintain the coolant level to within 1 cm. (1/2 in) of the bottom of the fill pipe. If necessary to add coolant daily, check for leaks.3. If low, replenish with a coolant mixture. See "Cooling system Specifications" for information.4. Inspect the radiator cap gasket and replace if damaged.5. Replace the radiator cap.Water Spray System
Clean the Filter
1. Raise the operator's platform or cab. See "Operator's Platform or Cab Tilting" in the "When Required" section if necessary. 2. Remove the filter housing, remove the strainer and wash the strainer with water.3. Install the clean strainer and install the housing.Water Separator
Drain Water and Sediment
Open the front access cover. 1. Open the drain valve and allow the water and sediment to drain.2. Close the drain valve.Brake Fluid Reservoirs
Check the Fluid Level
1. Remove the fill cap on the master cylinder.2. Maintain the oil to the bottom of the fill cap.3. Clean and install the fill cap.4. Repeat the procedure for the other master cylinder.Walk-Around Inspection
Inspect Machine
1. Inspect and replace lights, broken bulbs and lenses. 2. Inspect and remove any trash build-up in and around the engine.3. Inspect and repair any engine component leaks. 4. Inspect steps and handholds for condition and cleanliness. Repair or clean if necessary.5. Inspect the hydraulic system for leaks. Inspect the tank, hoses, tubes, plugs, joints and fittings. Correct any leaks. 6. Check all hoses, fittings and components for leaks.
Whenever inspection or maintenance work is performed on the hydraulic system, all hydraulic hoses and fittings must be checked. Replace damaged hoses immediately.
7. Start the machine and depress the horn button. If the horn does not sound make any needed repairs before operating. 8. If the machine is equipped with lights, turn on the light switch. Observe the lights and replace any that are not working. 9. Be sure covers and guards are firmly in place. Inspect for damage.10. Inspect operator's
