Information:


At operating temperature, the engine cooling system is hot and under pressure. Steam can cause personal injury. Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap on the recovery tank and the radiator are cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the fill caps slowly to relieve pressure. Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
1. Release the pressure in the cooling system by slowly loosening the fill cap on the recovery tank and the radiator.2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is 17 liters (4.4 U.S. gal).
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill cap on the hydraulic oil tank only when the engine is stopped, and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
3. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system by slowly loosening the fill cap located on top of the hydraulic oil tank.4. Drain the oil from the hydraulic oil tank. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 57 liters (14.8 U.S. gal).5. Disconnect three hoses (2) from the recovery tank.6. Remove four locknuts (3) and the washers that hold the recovery tank to the operators platform. Remove recovery tank (1).
View From Under Operators Platform7. Remove one socket head bolt (4) that holds the hydraulic lines, wiring harness and the governor control cable to the bracket on the bottom side of the operators platform.8. Remove access cover (5) from the operators platform.9. Remove ten bolts (6) and two fan guards (7).10. Remove the bolt, washer and locknut (8) from the radiator support bracket.11. Disconnect upper radiator hose (9) and the lower radiator hose from the radiator.12. Remove four bolts (10), the washers and locknuts that hold step (11) in place. Remove the step.
View From Under Operators Platform13. Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (12) from under the operators platform. Put plugs in the hoses to keep dirt and debris out of the hydraulic system.14. Remove the bolt and clip to remove hose (13) from the side of the radiator. Move the hose clear of the radiator.
View From Under Radiator15. Disconnect hydraulic hose (15) from under the radiator. Put a plug in the hose to keep dirt and debris out of the hydraulic system.16. Remove two locknuts (14), the washers and shock mount rings that hold the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler to the front engine mount.
During removal of the fan assembly, do not damage the hydraulic oil cooler core.
17. Remove the six bolts that hold the fan assembly in position. Remove the fan assembly.
During removal of the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler and fan shroud, do not damage the radiator core or the hydraulic oil cooler core.
18. Tilt the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler and fan shroud away from the engine. Using two persons, remove the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler and fan shroud from the machine. The weight of
