Reverse Direction
7. Repeat Steps (4), (5) and (6) for the reverse direction. The pressure will be read on the other main circuit test port (1).8. Remove gauges (1) and reassemble brake sensor connector (4) to brake manifold (3).Transmission Pressure Tests
Supply Pressure Test

Priority Manifold.
(1) Priority valve. (2) Test port.1. Before performing the following test procedure, do the following: * Park the machine on a level area, clear from surrounding equipment and material. Make sure that the area immediately behind and in front of the machine is clear.* Verify that the service and parking brake systems are in good working order.* Block the drive wheels in both directions.* Apply the parking brake.* Move the propel lever to the neutral position.2. Attach the 8T-0855 pressure gauge to test port (2) (supply pressure).3. Start and run the engine at high idle RPM.4. Pressure reading should be 1380 340 kPa (300 50 psi) Pressure is not adjustable, but will give an indication as to the performance of the transmission. See the troubleshooting section of this manual.5. Stop the engine. Remove the pressure gauge from test port (2).Low/High Speed Pressure Check

Transmission Test Ports
(1) Low speed test port. (2) High speed test port. (3) High speed pilot pressure.
The following tests and adjustments are performed with the machine engine operating. These tests are done away from the operator station, so two people must be working. One person performs the tests and adjustments, and the other should be at the controls. This will help prevent accidental movement of the machine.
1. Before performing the following test procedure, do the following: * Park the machine on a level area, clear from surrounding equipment and material. Make sure that the area immediately behind and in front of the machine is clear.* Block the drive wheels in both directions.* Apply the parking brake.* Move the propel lever to the neutral position.2. Attach the 8T-0855 Pressure Gauge with proper fittings from fittings group to: (1) Test port ... Low Speed Clutch(2) Test port ... High Speed Clutch(3) Test port ... High Speed Pilot Pressure3. Start the engine, and run it at high idle RPM (propel lever set to neutral).4. Select gear range with the Propel Transmission Shift Switch on the control panel: Low Speed Clutch ... Gear 1 or 2High Speed Clutch ... Gear 3 or 47. Check pressure readings. Both low and high speed clutches should read 1378 6.9 kPa (200 10 psi).8. When checking the high speed clutch at test port (2), high speed pilot pressure port (3) should be read also. That pressure reading should be within 70 kPa (10 psi) of the clutch pressure reading at test port (2).9. After the readings have been obtained, stop the engine. Remove the pressure gauge or gauges from the test ports.Transmission Lube Pressure
