Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Separate the motor and pump. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, " Fuel Pump (Screed Burner) - Separate".

Remove four bolts (1) and remove cover (3) .
Remove plug (2) from cover (3) .
Remove gasket (4), housing (5), gasket (6) and strainer (27) .
Remove bolt (7), plate (28), spring (29), seat (30), diaphragm (31) and gearset (32) .
Remove adapter (19), retaining ring (18), bearing (17) and shaft (16) .
Remove plug (8), screw (9), O-ring (10), spring (11) and cone (12) .
Remove plug (13) and O-ring (14) .
Remove plug (15) .
Remove screw (26), O-ring (25), plug (24), seat (23), spring (22), piston (21) and gasket (20) .
Remove bleeder valve (35) .
Remove plug (34) and plug (33) .
