Use two people and place minor bogie (14) in a suitable press. The weight of the minor bogie is approximately 24 kg (53 lb).
Lower the temperature of shaft (9) . Install shaft (9) in minor bogie (14) until dimension (A) is 14.8 2 mm (0.6 0.08 inch).
Repeat Step 2 in order to install the other shaft in minor bogie (14) .

Use two people and install the minor bogie in a suitable vise. The weight of the minor bogie is approximately 28 kg (62 lb).
Raise the temperature of retainer (13) . Install retainer (13) on shaft (9) .
Use Tooling (B) and install Duo-Cone seal (12) on retainer (13) .
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 in order to install the remaining retainers and Duo-Cone seals on the shafts.

Install bearing cups on both sides of roller assembly (1) . Install bearing cone (11) in roller assembly (1) .
Use Tooling (B) and install Duo-Cone seal (10) on roller assembly (1) .

Install roller assembly (1) on shaft (9) . Install bearing cone (8) .

Install bearing washer (7) , lockwasher (5) , and nut (6) . Use Tooling (A) and tighten nut (6) to a torque of 34 7 N m (25 5 lb ft). Bend the aligned tang from lockwasher (5) into the slot on nut (6) .

Apply Tooling (C) to cover (4) . Install cover (4) and bolts (3) .
Fill roller assembly (1) with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Roller Bearings - Lubricate".
Install plug (2) .
Repeat Steps 8 through 14 in order to assemble the remaining roller assemblies.End By:
Install the rear bogie. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bogie (Rear) - Install".
Install the front bogie. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bogie (Front) - Install".
