Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Start the engine.
Activate the parking brake.

Left hand side of the machine
Check the fully retracted length (A) of cylinder (7) from the center of the rod bearing to the center of the cylinder pin. This dimension should be 526 mm (20.7 inch).
Turn the steering wheel until left front wheel straight ahead.
Turn off the engine.
Use a straight edge to check left front wheel (1) and left rear wheel (5). The straight edge should contact the left front edge and the left rear edge within 3 mm ( 0.12 inch) from each other.
If the specification is not within 3 mm ( 0.12 inch) from each other, the left rear wheel needs adjustment.
Loosen locknuts (2) on each end of tie rod (3) .
Turn tie rod (3) until left rear wheel and left front wheel are within the specification.
Tighten locknuts (2) on each end of tie rod (3) .

loosen locknuts (8) on each end of cross tie rod (4) .
Turn cross tie rod (4) until right rear wheel (9) and left rear wheel (5) are parallel to each other.
Tighten locknuts (8) on each end of cross tie rod (4) .

Loosen locknuts (10) on each end of tie rod (11) .
Turn cross tie rod (11) until right rear wheel (9) and right front wheel (12) are within the specification.
Tighten locknuts (10) on each end of tie rod (11) .
Use a straight edge for the final check of the four wheels. If the straight edge contacts all four wheels, the alignment is complete. if the straight edge does not contact all four wheels, repeat Step 1 through Step 16 until all four wheels are within the specification.
