2. Disconnect hose assembly (1) from fitting (2) on the hydraulic tank cover.3. Disconnect the wires from sending unit (3). Remove sending unit (3) from fitting (2). 4. Remove two clamps (4) that hold the cover in place. Mark the position of the joints of clamp (4) so that they may be installed in their original position. 5. Install a 3/8" - 16 NC eyebolt in cover (5).6. Fasten a hoist and remove cover (5) from the hydraulic tank. The weight of cover (5) is 32 kg (70 lb.).7. Remove O-ring seal (6). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic tank cover.8. Put the O-ring seal (6) in position on the hydraulic tank.9. Install the 3/8" - 16 NC forged eyebolt in top of the cover. Fasten a hoist and put the cover in position on the hydraulic tank.10. Put clamps (4) in position. Clamps (4) should be installed with the joints in their original position.11. Install sending unit (3) to fitting (2). Connect the wires to sending unit (3).12. Connect hose assembly (1) to fitting (2).
