9S-8752 Full Nut     2    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install cover (16), bolts (15), cover (14), and bolts (13) to valve body (4) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install poppet (9), spring (10), retainer (11), and retaining ring (12) in spool assembly (6) .

Install spool assembly (6), spacer (7), and spring (8) in valve body (4) .
Use Tooling (A) to install cover (2) and O-ring seal (5) against valve body (4) .
Remove one set of Tooling (A) and install bolt (1) .
Remove the other set of Tooling (A) and install bolt (3) .End By: Install the relief valve for the transmission lubrication. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Relief Valve (Transmission Lubrication) - Install".
