Install switch (18) to console (J). Attach the wires on harness (37) to switch (18). Attach wire (K) to terminal (1). Attach wire (L) to terminal (2). Attach wire (M) to terminal (3) .
Clean the surface that is near switch (18). Install film (29) .
Remove two plugs and two seals (G) from valve (27). These parts are not reused. See Illustration 25 (view A-A).

Install elbow (42) and connector (41) to valve (27) with two seals (43) .
Connect hose (44) to elbow (42) and hose (51) to connector (41). Connect both hoses at valve (27) with two seals (45) .

Secure hoses (44) and (51) to the tilt cylinder with two grommets (46), two clips (47), and two clips (48). Use four washers (49) and four bolts (50). Tighten bolts (50) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).Note: Hoses (44) and (51) pass through grommet (46). The hose length between valve (27) and grommet (46) is approximately 957 mm (37.7 inch).
Secure hoses (44) and (51) to the block on the front of the ripper carriage with grommet (46), clip (47), and clip (48). Use two washers (49), two spacers (53), and two bolts (52). Tighten bolts (52) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).Note: The hose length between the grommets at the rod end of the tilt cylinder and the ripper carriage is approximately 1562 mm (61.5 inch).

Install elbow (38) and elbow (39) to cylinder (54) with two seals (40) .Note: Elbow (38) is at the head end and elbow (39) is at the rod end of cylinder (54) .
Connect hose (44) to elbow (39) and hose (51) to elbow (38) at cylinder (54) with two seals (45) .
Cycle the pin puller cylinder, the lift cylinders and the tilt cylinders in both directions. Repeat the cycle several times. Check all connections for leaks. Make repairs, if necessary. Adjust the position of the hoses. Allow slack at locations N-P and Q-R for motion. See Illustration 28.
Check the hydraulic oil tank level. Add oil in order to maintain the level at the FULL mark on the sight gauge.Installation of Ripper Lighting
