13. Turn pump casing (271) upside down, bringing its seat for positive control cut-off valve casing (62) to top. 14. Run an M6 hex socket bolt into center pin (620) in place, and pull the pin out by using a screwdriver as a lever to apply a pull to the bolt head. 15. Move feedback lever (615) toward the hole for Po plug (474), while twisting sleeve (653). 16. Take out feedback lever (615) from pump casing (271). 17. Remove spool (651) with tweezers (not shown in photo) from pump casing (271). Be careful not to give scratch marks to the sliding surfaces of the spool (651). 18. Remove sleeve (653) from pump casing (271). Be careful not to drop this sleeve: its sliding surface is just as critical as those of spool (651). 19. Remove spring seat (664), inner spring (656), outer spring (655) and liner (662) from pump casing (271), by pushing them with a rod inserted into the hole from which sleeve (653) was pulled out. Be careful not to misplace all these small parts.Use the rod, 200 mm (7-7/8") in length and 8 mm (1/4") in width. 20. Run an M4 hex socket bolt into stem (661) in place, and apply a pull to the bolt head with a screwdriver to remove it from sub-casing (527). 21. Remove spring (658), piston (669) from sub-casing (527) by tilting the sub-casing. Be careful not to misplace these parts. 22. Loosen setting bolt (544) at the front face of pump casing (271) with a torque wrench and socket. 23. Remove setting bolt (544) from pump casing (271). 24. Loosen set screw (926) with a torque wrench and socket. 25. Remove set screw (926) from pump casing (271). 26. Run hex socket bolt (407) into stopper L (534), and apply a pull to the stopper with a screwdriver to remove it from pump casing (271). 27. Run hex socket bolt (407) into stopper S (535), and apply a pull to the stopper with a screwdriver to remove it from pump casing (271). 28. Turn over pump casing (271), and secure it to the bench top by using "L" shape clamp, as shown. 29. Loosen servo piston (532) with a torque wrench and socket inserted into the piston end from the opening at the seating face for pilot casing (551). 30. Remove servo piston (532) from pump casing (271) by pulling from pilot casing (551) side. 31. Take out tilting lever (531), which has been held by hand while servo piston (532) was being loosened.32.
