1 4 197-9732 U-Bolt Torque to 15 2 N m (133 18 lb in).
2 16 216-2211 Clamp Use the following procedure in order to tighten the clamps:
1. Center the clamps within the marking on the hose.
2. Orient the clamps so that the T-bolts are separated by 90 degrees.
3. Torque to 10 2 N m (88 18 lb in).
3 8 6V-3917 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, Lightly lubricate the bore with 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant.
4 4 321-5895 Shield As During assembly, do not crush the shield assembly. Assemble the shield assembly with the springs and the hooks are at the top of the reducer hose.
