Disassembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Drain the urea from the tank assembly.

Remove adapter assemblies (1) from the cabinet assembly

Remove bolts (2) and side door (3). Repeat for the other side.

Loosen clamp (4) and remove connector (5).

Remove bolts (6) and door assembly (7). Remove bolts (8) and front door (9).

Disconnect harness assembly (10) and harness assembly (12) from electronic control group (11).
Remove bolts (13), the mounts, the spacers, and electronic control group (11).
Disconnect the harness assembly for fluid level sensor assembly (14). Remove the machine screws and fluid level sensor assembly (14) from the tank assembly.
Disconnect hose (15) from the vent. Remove the vent from the tank assembly.
Disconnect harness assembly (16) from temperature sensor (17). Remove temperature sensor (17).
Remove nuts (19) and disconnect the harness assemblies from switch assembly (18). Remove nuts (20) and disconnect the harness assemblies from switch assembly (18). Remove the bolts and switch assembly (18).

Remove locking screws (22). Remove ball valve (21) and the adapter assemblies from the tank assembly.

Attach a suitable lifting device to cabinet assembly (23). The weight of cabinet assembly (23) and the tank assembly is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). Remove bolts (24). Remove cabinet assembly (23) and the tank assembly from the shell.

If necessary, remove rubber sheet (29) and insulation (28). Disconnect the harness assembly from heater (27). Remove heater (27). Disconnect the harness assembly from temperature sensor assembly (26). Remove temperature sensor assembly (26) from tank assembly (25).

Remove bolts (30). Lift cabinet assembly (23) from tank assembly (25). Ensure that no harness assemblies interfere during removal.

Remove bolts (31) and flange assembly (32). Remove the O-ring seals.

Disconnect harness assembly (33) and harness assembly (34) from the pressure sensors. Disconnect harness assembly (35), harness assembly (36), and harness assembly (39) from the solenoid valve groups. Disconnect harness assembly (37) from the temperature sensor. Disconnect harness assembly (38) from the heater group.

Remove wing nuts (40) and bar (41) from diesel exhaust fluid pump group (42). Remove bolts (44). Remove diesel exhaust fluid pump group (42) and manifold group (43) as an assembly.

Remove bolts (45). Disconnect diesel exhaust fluid pump group (42) from manifold group (43).

Remove solenoid valve group (46), solenoid valve group (47), and the O-ring seals from manifold group (43). Remove air valve group (50) and the O-ring seals from manifold group (43).
Remove temperature sensor group (48) and the O-ring seal from manifold group (43). Remove air regulator (49) from manifold group (43).
Remove plug (51), spring (52), piston (53), and the O-ring seals from manifold group (43).

Remove pressure sensor group (54), pressure sensor group (57), and the O-ring seals from manifold group (43).
Remove solenoid valve group (56) and the insert from manifold group (43).
Remove heater group (55) from manifold group (43).
Disconnect the tube assembly and remove air valve group (60) from manifold group (43).
If necessary, remove air brake connectors (58) from manifold group (43).
