All 7N9331, 7N9335, and 8N1911 Gaskets used on the flywheel covers of certain 3400 Engines need to be removed from Parts Stock and from the Parts Stock gasket kits which contain them.
Action Required
Remove all 7N9331, 7N9335, and 8N1911 Gaskets from Parts Stock.
Remove all 7N9331 Gaskets and replace them with a new 1094318 Gasket in gasket kits with the following part numbers:
Remove all 7N9335 Gaskets and replace them with a new 1055082 Gasket in gasket kits with the following part numbers:
Remove all 8N1911 Gaskets and replace them with a new 1131474 Gasket in gasket kits with the following part numbers:
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 7N9331, 7N9335, and 8N1911 Gaskets removed from Parts Stock and from gasket kits in Parts Stock.
US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a Parts Stock claim use 99Z00007 in the Product Identification Number Field.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
