The hydraulic wrench and the hydraulic pump are CE compliant (except 175-7944).Hydraulic WrenchesWhen you operate the wrench, use good quality sockets. Two pressure to torque conversion charts are included with the wrench. A pressure to torque converstion chart is attached to the hydraulic wrench. The wrench includes a plastic laminated sheet with pressure to torque conversions.Hydraulic PumpsThe hydraulic pump includes a hydraulic gauge. The pump includes a 68,950 kPa (10,000 psi) hose.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Use a hose that is rated 68,950 kPa (10,000 psi).
