The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.Problem

(1) 6V-3265 Clips (2) 244-7592 Tube As The clips that secure the 244-7592 Tube As to the cylinder head have been wearing into the tube. The wearing causes a leak. Refer to Illustration 1. This issue is affecting both the 365C and 385C models.

The area of concern is circled.There is also interference between the 236-9862 Disposal Hose , the 239-5929 Engine Harness As , the 255-2955 Hose As , and the 067-2551 Clip . The interference has resulted in abnormal wear on the fuel hose. Refer to Illustration 2 and Illustration 3. This issue with the interference only seems to be affecting the 365C models.Solution
Until a permanent repair is defined, inspect the existing tube for excessive wear that is caused by the clips. If the fuel tube appears to have any amount of wear in the area of the clip, replace the 244-7592 Tube As and replace the 6V-3265 Clip .Until a permanent solution is known, inspect the existing fuel hose for excessive wear that is caused by the disposal hose, the clip, or the wiring harness. If the fuel hose appears to have worn, replace 255-2955 Hose As . The permanent solution to this problem will be known shortly.If the machine has less than 2500 hours, it may be more economical to wait until the permanent repair is available.
