Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position cab (1) on the machine. The weight of cab (1) is approximately 975 kg (2150 lb).

Install bolt (15) .

Connect cable assemblies (13). Install nut (14) .

Connect cable assemblies (11). Install cable straps (12) .

Connect harness assemblies (10) .

Connect hoses (9) on the right side of the machine.

Connect harness assemblies (8). Install bolts (7) on the left side of the machine.

Connect hoses (6). Connect hose assemblies (5) .

Connect harness assemblies (3). Install bolt (4) .

Remove the suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5056, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools.End By: Install the floorplate. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Floorplate - Remove and Install".
