Ensure that the O-ring seals are in position on engine oil filter base (9).
Install the O-ring seals, engine oil filter base (9), and bolts (8) on the engine oil cooler.

Install the O-ring seal on inlet tube assembly (7). Apply a thin layer of engine oil to the O-ring seal on inlet tube assembly (7).
Install the gasket, inlet tube assembly (7), and bolts (6).
Install the O-ring seal on outlet tube assembly (2). Apply a thin layer of engine oil to the O-ring seal on outlet tube assembly (2).
Install the gasket, outlet tube assembly (2), and bolt (3).
Install clip (5) and bolt (4).

Apply a thin layer of engine oil to the seal on engine oil filter (1).
Use Tooling (A) to install engine oil filter (1).
