Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to conveyor assembly (18). The weight of conveyor assembly (18) is approximately 980 kg (2160 lb). Install conveyor assembly (18) to the machine.

Install the conveyor until the chains are against the frame. Lower the rear of conveyor assembly (18) onto the frame. Lower the front of conveyor assembly (18) onto a suitable stand.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the rear of conveyor assembly (18). Raise conveyor assembly (18) off the frame and the suitable stand. Continue installing conveyor assembly (18) .

Align link (21) to the frame. Install pin (20), the washers, and the cotter pin. Install the pin, the washers, and the cotter pin to the other side of the conveyor.
Remove Tooling (A) from conveyor assembly (18) .

Install pin assembly (19), the washer, and the bolt.

Remove the suitable lifting device from conveyor assembly (18) .

Connect hose assemblies (13), (14), (16), and (17) to gerotor motor (15). Install the hose assemblies to the other gerotor motor on the right side of the conveyor.

Install conveyor return idler (12) and bolts (11) .

Install hose assembly (5), the clamps, and bolts (10). Tighten bolts (10) after the hose assembly in Step 11 is connected.

Install water spray group (8) and bolts (9) to the left side of the conveyor.
Connect hose assemblies (5) .

Install water spray group (7) and bolts (6) to the right side of the conveyor.
Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) .
Install harness assembly (2) and the cable straps.

Install backup control group (1) and bolts (3) .
Connect harness assembly (2) .End By:
Install the fuel and water tank assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel and Water Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the hydraulic cylinder (conveyor lift). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Conveyor Lift) - Remove and Install".
Install the second stage conveyor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Second Stage Conveyor - Remove and Install".
