Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Turn off the fuel supply line to the gas pressure regulator.

Disconnect the harness assembly from fuel control actuator (6).
Disconnect joint assembly (4) from pipe assembly (3). Remove bolts (2). Remove fuel control valve (5) from pipe assembly (1) and pipe assembly (3). Remove the O-ring seals.
If necessary, remove bolts (7) to separate fuel control actuator (6) from fuel control valve (5). Remove the O-ring seal. Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

If necessary, install the O-ring assembly between fuel control valve (5) and fuel control actuator (6). Install bolts (7) to connect fuel control valve (5) and fuel control actuator (6).
Apply Tooling (A) to the pipe assemblies prior to installation.
Position the O-ring seals. Install fuel control valve (5) on pipe assembly (1) and pipe assembly (3). Install bolts (2). Connect joint assembly (4) to pipe assembly (3).
Connect the harness assembly to fuel control actuator (6).
Turn on the fuel supply line to the gas pressure regulator.
