When reporting the repair, use "PS4543" as Part Number, "7755" as Group Number, and "96" as Description Code. Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product that have been sold, all units still in dealer inventory should be reworked as soon as possible. Problem
The track adjuster cylinder support plate may bend or deform on certain E300B and EL300B Excavators. Additional rib plates can be installed to strengthen the track adjuster cylinder support plate.
