B 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound -
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (5). The weight of turbocharger (5) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb). Place the gasket and turbocharger (5) on the exhaust manifold.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the bolts. Install the bolts that attach turbocharger (5) to the exhaust manifold.
Position the hose on turbocharger (5). Tighten clamp (6).
Slide the clamp and the bellows assembly on turbocharger (5). Tighten clamp (4).
Install the O-ring seals on elbow (3). Lubricate the O-ring seals with Tooling (B). Install elbow (3) and the bolts.

Install the water tube assemblies, if necessary.
Install tube assembly (2) and hose assembly (1).
Install the air cleaners.
