Lower conveyor assembly (21) onto Tooling (B). Remove Tooling (C) .

Use two people to install side plates (23) and the bolts to conveyor assembly (21). The weight of side plates (23) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Raise the forks and place the front of conveyor assembly (21) into position. Install plate assembly (22) and the bolts to both sides of conveyor assembly (21) .
Remove the lift truck and Tooling (B) .

Install plate (19) and the bolts.
Install bolt (18) .
Install hydraulic cylinders (17) and the nuts.
Connect hose assemblies (20) .
Repeat Step 7 through Step 10 on the other side of the machine.
Connect hose assembly (16) .
Remove the pallet.

Raise the conveyor. Place antislab assembly (15) onto a suitable pallet. The weight of antislab assembly (15) is approximately 295 kg (650 lb).
Install antislab assembly (15). Lower the conveyor into position. Install the pin assembly and the bolt to both sides of the antislab assembly.

Install support (11) and the bolts.
Install steering linkage (12) and the pins. Use Tooling (A) to install the retaining rings to both sides of steering linkage (12).
Install chain assemblies (13) .

Attach lifting slings and a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (10). The weight of frame assembly (10) is approximately 500 kg (1100 lb). Install frame assembly (10) and pin (9) .
Install pointer (8) and the bolts.

Install the spacer and nut (6). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 340 20 N m (250 15 lb ft).
Install rubber flashing (5) and the bolts.
Connect hose assemblies (7) .

Install lock bar (4), the pin, and the cotter pin.

Install pins (3). Use Tooling (A) to install the retaining rings.

Install plate (2) and the bolts.

Attach a lifting sling and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic cylinder (1). The weight of hydraulic cylinder (1) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Install hydraulic cylinder (1), the pin, and the cotter pin.

Connect the hydraulic hoses to hydraulic cylinder (1) .End By:
Install the gear motor (first stage). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (First Stage) - Remove and Install".
Install the conveyor (second stage). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Conveyor (Second Stage) - Remove and Install".
