(7)Kingbolt Bearings
1. Lubricate upper bearing at 1 fitting on left side of hitch for earlier machines, and on right side for later machines. 2. Lubricate lower bearing at 2 fittings on left side of hitch for earlier machines, and on right side for later machines. Total 3 fittings.(8)Hitch Link Bearings
Lubricate 4 fittings on each side. Total 8 fittings.(9)Ejector Channel Rollers
Lubricate 1 fitting in each roller. Total 2 fittings.(10)Hydraulic System
Machine level, bowl lowered with slight down pressure, ejector forward, parking brake set and engine stopped.
1. Oil level should be between ADD and FULL marks on sight gauge, or ...between ADD and FULL marks on dipstick.2. Inspect filler cap gasket. Replace if damaged.(11)Steering Cylinders And Link Bearings
Lubricate 5 fittings each side. Lubricate 2 fittings each side.(12)Batteries
Fumes from batteries are flammable. Do not smoke when observing electrolyte level.Electrolyte can cause personal injury if it contacts skin or eyes. Electrolyte is an acid.
1. Unlatch and remove cover. 2. Clean top of batteries.3. Maintain electrolyte level to bottom of filler openings.
