2. Remove two bolts (2), clamps (1) and tachometer drive (4) from the governor housing. 3. Inspect O-ring seal (3) for damage and make a replacement if needed. The following steps are for installation.4. Make sure the coupling on the tachometer drive is in alignment with the drive shaft in the governor housing.5. Put lubricant that is to be sealed on the bore in the governor housing for the tachometer drive.6. Install tachometer drive (4) in the governor housing.7. Install two clamps (1) and bolts (2). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10.9 2.8 N (96 24 lb.in.).8. Connect the tachometer cable to the tachometer drive.
