Typical Example1. Put hoist/ejector control cylinder assembly (1) in position. Install the pin, the washer and the cotter pin (obscured) that connects the head end of cylinder assembly (1) to the hydraulic tank.2. Install the pin, the washer and the cotter pin connecting bellcrank (2) to hoist/ejector control cylinder assembly (1).3. Connect the three hose assemblies to hoist/ejector control cylinder assembly (1). The following steps are for the hoist/ejector control cylinder to control spool final adjustment.4. Loosen locknut (3) and disconnect rod end (4) from bellcrank (2).5. Fully collapse control cylinder (1), then extend and measure the cylinder rods total travel, approximately 36 mm (1.417 inch).6. Position the cylinder rod to the half travel position approximately 18 mm. (0.708 inch).7. Adjust rod end (4) until the clevis pin will move freely into the rod end and the bellcrank. Install the cotter pin in the clevis pin and tighten locking nut (3).8. Move the control spool in either direction and check if both the clevis pin in bellcrank (2) are free. 9. Put cover (5) in position and install 34 bolts (6).10. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.
