Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts. This may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Check the O-ring seals. If any O-ring seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Assemble washers (12) and (11), spring (13), seat (14) and split washer (15) to spool (10) .
Repeat step 2 for the assembly of the other spool assembly.

Install springs (8) and spool assemblies (9) to the valve body.

Install the O-ring seals (6) on seats (5). Install seats (5) and rods (7) in cover (4) .
Apply 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease on seats (5) .

Install cover (4) and two bolts (3) to the valve body. Tighten two bolts (3) to a torque of 29 3 N m (21 2 lb ft).

Install shaft (1) and screw (2). Tighten screw (2) to a torque of 7 .7 N m (5 1 lb ft).End By: Install the pilot valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Valve (Swing) - Install".
