Pump regulators and adjustment screws
(1) Pump 1 regulator
(2) Pump 1 regulator locknut
(3) Pump 1 regulator adjustment screw

(6) Pump 2 regulator adjustment screwAdjust the flow of pump 1 for the flow control. Pump 2 must be at no-load condition.
Loosen locknut (2).
Turn adjustment screw (3) to adjust the output flow of the pump. Turning adjustment screw (3) clockwise will increase the output flow of the pump. Turning adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise will decrease the output flow of the pump. A 1/4 turn of adjustment screw (3) will change the output flow of the pump at the following pressure.
Output flow of the pump will change approximately 19 L/min (5.0 US gpm) if the output flow is adjusted at 5000 kPa (725 psi) at 1650 rpm.
Tighten locknut (2) to a torque of 22 2 N m (16 1.5 lb ft).Adjust pump 2 in the same manner as pump 1.Adjustment of the Maximum Output Flow of the Pump

To adjust maximum output flow, turn adjustment screw (8). Turning adjustment screw (8) clockwise will decrease the maximum output flow of the pump. Turning adjustment screw (8) counterclockwise will increase the maximum output flow of the pump. A 1/4 turn of adjustment screw (8) will change the maximum output flow approximately 3.4 L/min (0.9 US gpm).
Tighten locknut (7) to a torque of 72 7 N m (53 5 lb ft).Adjust the maximum output flow of pump 2 in the same manner as pump 1.
