Remove belt.
Remove pulley.
Remove cover plate.

Use suitable lifting device and suitable cribbing. Use Tooling (A) crib mulching head (1). The weight of mulching head (1) is approximately 2767 kg (6100 lb).

Disconnect tube assembly (2). Remove plate cover (3) Remove seal (4), nut (5), and washer (6) .

Attach Tooling (C) to bearing housing (7) and remove bearing housing (7). Remove bearing (8) from bearing housing (7). Remove plate (9). Repeat for opposite side.

Remove screws (10). Repeat for the opposite side.

Use Tooling (A) and suitable lifting device separate mulching head (1) from cutter drum assembly (11). The weight of mulching head (1) is approximately 2767 kg (6100 lb).

Remove ring (12) and ring (13). Remove bushing (14). Remove shaft (15). Repeat for opposite side.Installation Procedure
Install cutter drum assembly (11) in the reverse order of removal.
