No Hot Air
Start by checking the hot water. See table 1. If nothing is wrong with the hot water, check the operation of the water valve. See table 2.

Shortage of engine coolant     Check the amount of coolant in the radiator.     Replenish the coolant.    
Shortage of engine coolant circulation rate     Check coolant lines.     Replace the lines or repair the lines.

Faulty water valve     Check the operation of the water valve.     Repair the valve or replace the valve.    
Faulty water valve actuator     Check the operation of the actuator.     Repair the actuator or replace the actuator.    
Faulty wire connections     Check the conductivity of the microswitch. Check the conductivity of the wiring harness.     Replace the microswitch. Repair the wiring harness.    Air Flow Rate is Abnormal
Check the blower motor. If the blower motor does not rotate, see table 3. If the rotation of the blower motor is slower than normal, see table 4.

Blown fuse     Check the fuse.     Replace the blown fuse.    
Faulty wires     Check the ground wire for the blower motor. Also, check for loose connections.     Repair the broken wires. Reconnect the wires normally.    
Faulty blower motor     Check the two lead wires coming out of the motor. If no conductivity exists, the blower motor is faulty.     Replace the blower motor.    
Faulty resistor     Check conductivity in the resistor. If no conductivity exists, the resistor is faulty.     Replace the resistor.    
Faulty fan switch     Operate the fan switch. Check the rotation of the fan. If the rotation is not correct, the switch is faulty.     Replace the fan switch.

Resistance in the air passage is too large.     Check for a crushed duct or a clogged duct.     Repair the duct or remove the debris from the duct.    
Air leak     Check the connections of the duct.     Repair the duct or replace the duct.    
Clogged heater core     Check the fins in the heater core for foreign material.     Clean the heater core.
