Solution
In the event of failure, add an additional ground wire from the wiper controller to the platform ground directly. Adjust different platform ground wire terminal order, ensure strap terminal contact to ground boss directly.Follow the"Rework Procedure" to separate the wiper controller ground line.Rework Procedure

Remove the wiper controller connector (B) from the wiper controller (C).

Remove the "BK 200-F180" wire from the wiper controller connector position 10 (D).
Insulate the sealed "BK 200-F180" terminal with black PVC tape.

Fix the "BK 200-F180" wire with 3S-2093 Cable Strap (2) to main harness (E).

Insert the 339-5457 Wire (1) to the wiper controller connector position 10 (D).

Connect the wiper controller connector (A) from the wiper controller (B). Refer to Illustration 8.

Remove the 8T-4137 Bolt (H), and 8T-4121 Hard Washer (J).

(S) Ground strap
Insert the 457-8759 Bolt (L), 453-3454 Hard Washer (M), ring terminals (P), and ground strap (S). Tighten the bolts (L) to a torque of 30 7 N m (265 62 lb in).
Fix the wire (1) with the 7K-1181 Cable Strap (3) to the main harness (E).
