Note: Steps 35 through 37 are only for the left control valve.
Remove three plugs (83) from the left control valve. Remove O-ring seal (84) from each plug.
Remove check valve (87) from the left control valve. Remove O-ring seal (85), backup ring (88) and O-ring seal (86) from the check valve.

Remove seven plugs (89) from the left control valve. Remove O-ring seal (90) from each plug.

Remove O-ring seals (91) from manifold (33).
For assembly purposes, measure dimension (X) on relief valve (92). Then, remove relief valve (92). Note: The following steps are for the disassembly of the actuators.

Remove four bolts (93) from solenoid (94). Remove the solenoid from housing (95).

Remove O-ring seal (96) from solenoid (94). Remove spring (97), spool (98) and spring (99) from housing (95).

Remove three plugs (100) from the housing. Remove O-ring seal (101) from each plug.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Place housing (95) in a press, as shown. Put enough pressure on retainer (104) in order to relieve the spring force on snap ring (105). Remove snap ring (105).
Slowly release the pressure on retainer (104). Remove retainer (104), spring (106) and spring (107) from housing (95). Note: The following steps are for the disassembly of relief valves (41) and (42).

Remove nut (108), adjusting screw (109), spring (111), and plunger (112) from housing (113). Remove O-ring seal (110) from adjusting screw (109).
Remove housing (113), spring (117), spring (118), plunger (119), housing (120) and O-ring seal (122) from valve body (121). Remove O-ring seal (114), backup ring (115) and O-ring seal (116) from housing (113). Note: The following steps are for the disassembly of check valves (43).

Remove valve body (131), spacer (129) and nut (126) from cap (123) as a unit.
Remove spring (125) and O-ring seal (124) from cap (123).
Remove nut (126) and spacer (129) from valve body (131).
Remove backup ring (128), O-ring seal (127) and O-ring seal (130) from spacer (129). Note: The following steps are for the disassembly of relief valve (92).

Remove cap (139), O-ring seal (142) and O-ring seal (143) from valve body (141).
Remove nut (132), retainer (133), plate (135), pin (136), spring (137), valve (138) and O-ring seal (140) from cap (139).
Remove O-ring seal (134) from retainer (133).
