Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Clean the mating surfaces of the front housing and front cover (5) .
Install a new gasket and front cover (5) .
Install bolts (3) .
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of stud (6). Install the nut on stud (6) .
Install nut (4). Tighten the nut to a torque of 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).

Install engine lifting bracket (2) and bolts (1) .
