(4) Accessory drive assembly Note: During assembly, the rear face of the housing and the front face of the cylinder block must be free of oil, fuel, water, dirt, assembly compounds and any other contaminants.Note: Apply 8T-9022 Silicone Gasket in order to fill the space at the connecting joint of the front housing, engine oil pan, and cylinder block. (1) Use the self-locking bolt of M8 x 1.25 - 25 mm to fasten the cover to the front housing. Note: The self-locking bolt (1) is different from the other cover bolts. (2) Use 17 bolts of M8 x 1.25 - 30 mm to fasten the cover to the front housing. (3) Use nine bolts of M8 x 1.25 - 40 mm to fasten the front housing to the cylinder block.

(6) Cover assembly (7) Torque for 19 bolts ... 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft)Note: The crankshaft seal group (5) is a part of the front housing. Lubricate the O-ring seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
