75/75C (4CJ, 4KK) Tractors, 3176 (2YG, 7LG) Truck EnginesNew 101-4005 Cylinder Heads, 101-2700 Spacer Blocks, and 6I-4180 Head Gaskets are available for the 3176 Machine and Truck Engines. The new components are identified by their full profile design. The new spacer block and cylinder head have increased top or bottom deck surface areas. This allows for greater clamping surface at the head to spacer block joint.
The new 6I-4180 Head Gasket is made with a stainless steel perforated core and a graphite coating material. The new gasket has a stainless steel flange wrapping the fire rings and also capturing a water hole to help prevent coolant leaks.
Any combination of head, spacer block, and gasket is acceptable.
