Attach two straps and a suitable lifting device to screen (1). Remove the following components from the ROPS: bolts (2), the washers and the screen.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to ROPS (3), as shown. Remove the following components from the machine: bolts (4), the washers and the ROPS. The weight of the ROPS is approximately 227 kg (500.0 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a hoist to ROPS (3), as shown. Install the ROPS on the machine. The weight of the ROPS is 227 kg (500.0 lb).
Remove Tooling (A) .
Apply oil to all bolt threads (4) before installation. Install bolts (4) and the washers.
