Reports continue to be received from the field concerning the failure of the 145-7406 Transmission Ar on the above listed off-highway trucks. The reports have been incorrectly filed against the transmission arrangement. Specific parts or groups that have failed were not included in the reports.Solution
All transmission failures should be investigated in order to correctly identify the specific part or the group that failed. All warranty claims and reports should include the part number for the serviceable part or the group that caused the failure.
