Description of Change: A new more durable inlet valve is being used in the cylinder heads of these truck engines. The new inlet valve increases the service life of the engine.Adaptable To: The new 192-9213 Inlet Valve is a direct replacement for the former 124-2692 Inlet Valve. The former inlet valve has been cancelled. The new 192-9213 Inlet Valve is adaptable to all C-10 and C-12 truck engines. The new inlet valve will be effective in production in the C-10 and C-12 Truck Engines begining with serial numbers: (S/N: 2KS68584-UP), (S/N: 3CS21619-UP) and (S/N: CPD00288-UP).The 0R-9749 Cylinder Head Group has the new 192-9213 Inlet Valve.
