Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect". Note: Steps 1 through 9 are used for the removal of the support for the steering control.

Remove knob (2), screws (3), and guard (1) from the left hand console.

Remove screws (4) and covers (5).

Remove knob (6), screws (7), and inner cover (8).

Loosen setscrews (9) at both ends of upper shaft (10).
Hold support (11) with one hand in order to prevent the support from rotating downward.
Slide upper shaft (10) forward while support (11) is held.
Slide upper shaft (10) until the upper shaft disengages from the upper bearings of support (11).

Rotate support (11) away from the seat until lower bearing (12) disengages from the lower shaft.
Place support (11) aside. Note: Steps 10 through 17 are used for the removal of the support for the implement control.

Remove knob (13), screws (14), cup holder (15), and cover (16).

Remove remaining screws (17) that fasten outer cover (18) to the support for the implement control.

Loosen setscrews (19) at both ends of upper shaft (20).
Hold support (21) with one hand in order to prevent the support from rotating downward.
Slide upper shaft (20) toward the rear side of the cab.
Slide upper shaft (20) toward the rear of the cab until the upper shaft disengages from the upper bearings of support (21).
Rotate support (21) away from the seat until the lower bearing disengages from the lower shaft.
Place support (21) aside. Note: Steps 18 through 20 are used for the removal of the seat.

Remove stop bolt (22) from the seat suspension.
Raise handle (23) and slide seat (24) forward until the seat can be removed from the seat suspension.
Use two people in order to remove seat (24). The weight of seat (24) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Note: Steps 21 through 23 are used for the removal of the seat suspension.

Disconnect harness assembly (26).
Remove bolts (27) from each side.
Use two people in order to remove seat suspension (25). The weight of seat suspension (25) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).
