You are taken back to the same screen shown in step 4. Use the back arrow button to exit to the calibration screen.

Once 2-5 Head Calibration Screen is visible, put machine in manual mode.
The head selected should be the head that is turned on using manual mode. Only one head should be on at a time during calibration.
Once the water is activated, push the accelerator to the floor to achieve the 2000 RPM target. Once the target is met, the light will turn green.Note: The water pressure should automatically settle out to 80 PSI. The light will turn green, if the system is working correctly.
Begin the head adjustment. Press the corresponding F(X) button below the head being calibrated.

Use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease hydraulic pressure, then select "OK" when the correct pressure is reached.
After adjusting the value press OK button. If the hydraulic pressure is within 345 kPa (50 PSI) plus or minus of the target pressure, the light will turn green.Note: Adjust the head intensity until the green light remains on for a long time.
Spray head is calibrated once all the lights are green. Once accomplished, then proceed to next spray head.Keypad

Note: The indicator lights next to each button will illuminate green when the button is activated. (11) Configuration Modes - The configuration modes are for automatic (preset) operation of a single or multiple heads. When no other buttons functions are active, the numbered buttons will select a configuration mode. The modes selected will appear on the WDS display. The water pump on/off must be turned "ON" with the configuration for the water pump to turn "ON" automatically at a preset minimum machine speed. This preset minimum m/c speed can be adjusted using the configuration setup options. (12) Manual - The Manual button puts the water system in a manual mode. When the manual mode is activated, the numbered buttons will turn on/off the spray head with that number as seen on the display. Manual mode can be used when the m/c is moving forward or reverse. (13) Head Clean - The Head Clean button activates the head clean mode. Press a numbered button after head clean mode is activated to open the selected head to the maximum opening and flush the head of any debris. The head will gravity feed unless the pump is turned on. When the pump is turned on, the heads will pressure clean at (default) 207 kPa (30 psi). (14) Cannon - The Cannon button enables the water cannon. The cannon position can be controlled with the joystick. The cannon can also be enabled at the same time as manual mode for spray heads. The pump must be turned on and the joystick trigger pulled in order to spray water from the cannon. (15) Tank
