See the replacement article that follows.Description of Change: Improvements have been made to the performance of the ripper controls. The electro-hydraulic valve group has been changed in order to provide improved modulation for all the ripper functions.Adaptable To: The improvement for the ripper involves changing the solenoids for the ripper control back to proportional solenoids from the original on/off solenoids. Unlike the proportional solenoids for the ripper control that are used on the D10R, the proportional solenoids for the ripper control on the D10T do not require calibrations even though ET shows the need for calibrations. ET 2006A incorrectly shows that calibrations are required for the D10T. The next update of ET will correct this issue.The new 285-5625 Valve Group has replaced the former 247-3026 Valve Group. This improvement is effective with D10T (S/N: RJG711-UP). New 291-4918 software for the hydraulic system is also required with this improvement.A field rework procedure will be issued for the tractors with the following range of serial numbers.
