Install retainer ring (29) to pulley (23)

Pack ball bearing (28) with Tooling (B). Use Tooling (A) to install ball bearing (28).

Install spacer (27).

Pack ball bearing (26) with Tooling (B). Use Tooling (A) to install ball bearing (26).

Install lip seal (25). Note: Install lip seal (25) with the sealing lip towards the outside of the pulley.
Install spacer (24).

Install pulley (23) to arm assembly (17).
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolt (21). Install two washers (22) and bolt (21).

Install gasket (20).

Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolt (18). Install cover (19) and four bolts (18).

Install arm assembly (17) to shaft assembly (8).

Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolt (15). Install washer (16) and bolt (15).

Install washer (11), retainer (13), cotter pin (112), and pin (14) to spring (7).

Install shaft assembly (8) and four bolts (10) to the engine.
Install spring (7) and locknut (6) to the upper mount.
Install retainer (13) to arm assembly (17).
Apply Tooling (C) to jam nut (9). Install jam nut (9) to retainer (13).

Release the tension and install three V-belts (5).

Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolt (1), bolt (2), and bolt (4). Install guard assembly (3), five bolts (2), bolt (4) and three bolts (1). End By:
Install the engine bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Engine) - Remove and Install".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
