Information:

The removal of the front brake adjuster is shown. However, removal of the rear brake adjuster is similar.1. Remove the pressure from the brake system by making several brake applications with the foot brakes until brake pressure gauge shows zero pressure.
Do not loosen or remove any brake lines until brake pressure is zero.
2. Disconnect line (2) that returns oil to the tank from brake adjuster.3. Disconnect line (1) to the brake control valve from the brake adjuster.4. Disconnect line (4) to the wheel brakes from the brake adjuster.5. Remove the two bolts (3) that fasten the brake adjuster to the frame. Remove the brake adjuster. Weight of brake adjuster is 55 lb. (25 kg).Install Brake Adjusters
The installation of the front brake adjuster is shown. Installation of the rear brake adjuster is similar.1. Put the brake adjuster in position on the frame. Install the two fastening bolts.2. Connect the line between the wheel brakes and the brake adjuster.3. Connect the line between the brake control valve and the brake adjuster.4. Connect the oil return line to the brake adjuster.
