Installation Procedure

Install tube assembly (14) and the O-ring seals to engine oil cooler core (9). Install bypass tube (16) and the O-ring seals. Install manifold assembly (15) to engine oil cooler (9). Install tube assembly (5) and the O-ring seal to manifold assembly (15).

Install the O-ring seal to bonnet (12). Position cooler core (9) and manifold assembly (15) as one unit. Install O-ring seals and connect tube assembly (14) to the engine block. Install bracket (13) .

Install engine oil filter (11). Connect bracket (10).

Install the O-ring seal to cooler core (9). Install inlet bonnet (7) and the integral seal. Install bolts (6). Install bracket (8).

Install the O-ring seal to oil filter adapter (4) and connect tube assembly (5) .

Connect hoses (3) .

Install access panels (1) and (2) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Add the correct amount of engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".
