992D (7MJ) Wheel LoadersInternal changes have been made to the 3E5400 Control Group (lift arm position sensor), effective with change (02), marked on the outside of the housing.
Some change (02) 3E5400 Control Groups may not work correctly in Payload Measurement applications. The frequency may be too high causing an F1 fault code to appear.
If an F1 fault code occurs, check to see if the position sensor is a change (02) 3E5400 Control Group. If so, that is the probable cause of the fault code.
A new 1108190 Control Group is now available, which will work correctly in Payload Measurement applications.
The former part number 3E5400 Control Group will not be canceled due to other usage. The Payload Measurement System will need to be re-calibrated after replacing the position sensor.
